	Story Behind the Song Conceived from a droning guitar rythym, blended, arranged and recorded by November. We'd like to call this their "later stuff". It was the second to last song written together. The lyrics can be inferred as either "the coyote chewing his arm of rather than wake her" kind of morning, or "from the perspective of his indecision pushing her out of harms way possible against his better judgement". You choose.
