HEAVY and HARD! No messin' around, no saucy acoustic, melocholy blues. Pure punk with no junk. This is the kinda music you should be listening to.

    Story Behind the Song
This song comes out of the early ninetys when everyting for the middle class got harder.
People got laid off and job opportunities were few. Young America also seemed somewhat doomed for a while.
Tyler (the drummer) wrote the lyrics and Adam (guitar) figured out the rest, like all good songs, it took about ten minutes to make...and a few months to get right.

    Lyrics
    Many miles of welfare lines
    payment late, pay their fines
lost my job, lost my life
lost my family, lost my life

    Never understood why I'm here
But I live a life filled with fear
Fear of poverty loss of wealth
Can't even pay for my health
    (Chorus)
    Recession Out of a job
    Recession Live like a slob
    Recession Payment is due
    Recession Coming for you

Mother laid off after ten years
Shedding a river of employment tears
Dad's job too layoff's in the air
He's damn scared will he be spared?

    Teenage pregnency's commonplace
same old s#@t same RAT RACE
Four years of college what was it for
    No one cares anymore

    (repeat Chorus)

As wars rages across this earth
Your life was barren from your birth
You go and pray at the steeple
for a country who cares about it's people

So in conclusion I say to you
Go out and do what you can do
But for all they say and preach
The money's where you can't reach

    Chorus
