	Story Behind the Song The song was written because, even after decades of being stigmatized, prejudice still exists. However, we didn't want to sound pedantic or preachy about it, because it's easy to bore people that way. So, the lyrics are just about everyday situations and the friends we hang out with, etc. Lyrics The hour is late and people still seem to think the same and nothing seems to change at all i still have to apologize to my friends for hanging out with other friends a hassle I can do without exclusion confusion destruction i'm stressing out making excuses i'm in the hot seat all the time there are no excuses for your stigmata so I just want to tell you I'm not sorry
