The most awful song ever. It only took like half an hour to do, and to tell you the truth, we don't even remember doing it. |
CD: Where is us??
Credits: Justin - Lead vocals, Bass guitar. Devin - Backup Vocs, Guitar. Keyboard - Everything else. |
Story Behind the Song
Once our friend went to a fast food restaurant and was attacked by himself. But it wasn't really himself, you see. It was more of a bizarro version of himself. It was very tragic.
Lyrics
We are not professional...
This is a little story
of a guy named Holographic Boy.
He went down one day
to the local fastfood restaurant.
He got a meal that made him happy.
Justin, did it really make him happy?
I.. I guess so..
Oh, Okay.
Yeah.
Anyway, those meals that make him
kinda, sorta, quote-unquote happy
wouldn't even feed a giant
New York holographic city rat.
But sometimes they do.
Alright.
Anyway, out of that very same sewer
came a Negative Holographic Boy,
who went to the same restaurant
to try to get the same card that
our happy Holographic Boy got
but you know what happened, Devin?
What?
(Devin knocks over some equipment)
He didn't!
He didn't get the same card.
Why not?
This place has a rule where
everyone gets something different,
so Negative Holographic Boy
went and got himself a big ol' gun
to shoot Holographic Boy in the head
so he would drop his card.
They got into a big war.
(Stalling to change the beat and tempo)
Holographic Boy just ran away
from Negative Holographic Boy
because he was scared of the gun
that Negative Holographic Boy had
because he could shoot him in the head
and kill him right off dead..
right off dead..
Now they went and ran around the Earth
(something) of time, they got tired,
They grew beards..
They were kinda long..
What are you doing?
I don't know.
Me neither.
(more stalling & outro'ing til end)
