	Story Behind the Song A beloved family member passed away, leaving us all with the strong memories of her. This persons spirit was like no other. She would give the world to all, especially her family. I wrote the music and all of the arrangements (music and vocals). The lyrics were written by my cousin, Jody Lynn Goodenow. Lyrics This has to be the hardest thing I've ever done. I can't imagine life without you; I've never been that strong. I turned to you for guidance, through laughter and through tears. You kept me warm and sheltered for oh so many years. Fairwell my friend, until we meet again. But until then I'll cherish all these precious memories. Fairwell my friend. My love will never end.
