Story Behind the Song
Picking the guitar in a moment of no mind, suddenly a theme was born.
Now i wanted except a Spanish guitar solo also a bambooflute. I found Milind, an Indian bansuri player who filled in three tracks with different flutes, in a way that nobody could have done it better.......
Recording was done in one time...

This is a story about a young man, named Garab, fulfilling his father's last wish. Garab is born in Tibet in 1943 out of an American mother and a Tibetan father. Rinpoche, Garab's father, tries to give his son a carefree upbringing full of compassion and ancient values.
Crudely awakened by China's invasion in Tibet(1951), the story brings us in 1967, where a Chinese general, called the Chinaman, brings a visit to Garab's village in order to attain 7 ancient arrows belonging to Rinpoche. The Chinaman has witnessed the supernatural power of these arrows and is determined to collect them for his personal empowerment.
Garab's rebellious nature indirectly leads to the death of practically his entire village as well as his parents. Plagued by guilt and hate he flees into the mountains, with him the 7 arrows.
His deceased father appears to him as a spirit. He orders his son to go to "the land of the free", and asks him to use the ancient arrows given by his forefathers in order to become "the master of his own destiny". Each arrow carries an assignment to be fulfilled.
Garab's journey starts in San Fransisco during the unforgettable sixties.
This is where he meets his "big hearted" hippie cousin, Bob. A driftin girl, Cindy and Lu (Lotus) a wealthy American-Chinese psychology student, whom immediately falls in love with Garab.
Greed for power brings the Chinaman to San Fransisco where he is spotted by Garab. Garab decides to leave San Fransisco recognizing the Chinaman's goal. His cousin Bob, not knowing the reason for his sudden departure, feels responsible for him and understands that, even though he looks like a westerner, Garab won't make it out there in the American society and joins him in his journey. With him he takes Cindy.
Lu gets called in by Bob asking her for financial help. Despite Garab's antagonism for Lu, she hooks up with the traveling group. These two will learn to love each other beyond appearance and prejudice.
The Chinaman being on Garab's trail almost constantly, doesn't hesitate to use brutal force in order to gain what he "so desires".
As the story evolves, the main character understands that the arrows become an instrument to experience that what is still unknown and unexplored within himself.
Unpredictable, fascinating, exciting, ancient and new knowledge, opposite cultures, adventure, danger, mystery, drama, comedy, friendship, hatred, passion and love, lust and compassion all have to be totally experienced.
Many obstacles, pressed by the magic power of the arrows, have passed until Garab finds Sunbear, a Hopi Indian in Arizona, who will help him to fulfill his "journey". The only one who can prevent this is the Chinaman !
