	Story Behind the Song Times when all you can hear is her breath in the darkness beside you and this churning, whirling, wailing song. Of course you can't sleep. You're jealous that she can lay there so peaceful, so beautiful, so sweet, but you're releaved that she can't see the tears. This is a very old song. Inspired by Low back in the day in Duluth, MN. A standard in my live sets for like 7 years now. The first ever recorded version was released on the "Answer is No" EP along with "It only hurts" and "4 years". A completely different version, almost unrecognizable with orchestral synths and strange whirlings and things was recorded for "the Ultimate Pleasure Machine" but was lost in the tragic pre-release hard drive crash which stole that album from us forever.
