	Story Behind the Song It was written on a beach and took ten minutes to write, but 4 years to finish recording. What motivated me to write it was a dark,cloudy foggy morning that turned out to be a beatiful sunny day. The circumstances made me look at myself and think no matter what happens, its better to try to be optimistic about my outlook. As sure as there is an up, there is also a down. The musicians laid it down in one track. It took me two takes and it was the second time I was in a recording studio. Lyrics 1st verse.
