	Story Behind the Song the motivation for the song came from from a painful breakup and a downword spiral into drink and drugs which left me in intensive care at one stage, its very painful to listen to sometimes because its so personal.(Adrian - lyrics).The song was written in our old rehearsal room in an hour and recorded live in one take for $60 equivelent at a local studio.
