	Story Behind the Song I recently rediscovered this one and "Gibbous Moon" as a result of a burst of organizational energy that had me going through old tapes in the hopes of achieving some semblance of order in my studio. Both tracks were made before I knew much about recording technology, which is why I've categorized them as "demos." Still, despite the sound problems, the essence of these songs comes through… or something like that. Maybe the songs aren't that good, and I just wanted to release something while Jill and I continue to work on the next JBH album. You decide. Incidentally, the finishing touches to this lyric were done while I was waiting for my students to complete an exam they were taking.
