	Story Behind the Song Phaucet is (like the album) a journey through confusion in ones life. Not knowing where you're going to end up and who you're going to end up with. The song is in first person to better generalize for the sing along. The song was motivated by the songwriters love of music and the need for a stable career, but always keeping the dream for success in whatever it is he ends up with. Musically the song had taken 3 days but lyrically it was about two weeks. (additional lyrics where getting in the way) this was one of the easiest songs to record. I (mark jones) knew the arrangment like the back of my hand. we practiced for weeks to get the base of it down, but in the studio at the hit of record (once) i laid down the guitar solo. the overdubbing vox and guitar was the most time consuming.
