	Story Behind the Song This is a track produced in early 1999 when I first began to record after coming back home. I used the title Atmosphere because it describes my styles the best: surrounding!! Or if you think of the Earth's atmosphere, that's where you can find the Next Lev. I first heard the term of me being "out there" from my man who passed away 2 years back when we were freestyling. It kinda stuck to this day. This is roughly one of my fav tracks even though the lyrics aren't half of my peak. The simplicity of the beat is the pudding, because that beat took ages to master and for me to say "thats what I'm lookin for!!"
