	Story Behind the Song Scott (violin) just got his first fx unit, and with it, the delay sound that started the song. From there, chords and format were worked out and lyrics added. The words are about the Legislative Council. One of Australia's least favorite institutions. Our songs aren't political, it's just that this one needed to be written. Lyrics Someone has fouled us up.
