	Story Behind the Song Written in beautiful Champagne, France, I was inspired by one of my wife's Art Gallery Openings. Her exhibition portfolio consisted of an impressive artistic array of classic nudes painted in the style of the Old Masters, such as Ruben and Michelangelo. The mesmerizing combination of her paintings, the Beluga Caviar and the Dom Perignon 1971 made the event a "Night (to remember) in Champagne"!
