Story Behind the Song
This took one take really. It was actually a joke. I was (Rodney) jamming a bob marley lick one day when kevin starts up drumming anlong and before you know it, all the guys just jumped in and we had the song with the most fucked up lyrics nathan could think of. We played it one night as an encore and it kicked ass!
Lyrics
I did not want to wake you up,
I did not want to wake you up,
Because I felt for a 7-Up.
I went downstairs
and I checked the fridge,
Guess what?
THERE WAS NO FUCKING 7-UP!
If I don't get it I think I'll throw up!
I want my 7-UP
7-Up
So eventually I had to wake you up,
Because I felt for a 7-UP
You said: check the fridge
I already did bitch, and guess what?
THERE WAS NO FUCKING 7-UP!
If I don't get it I think I'll throw up!
I want my 7-Up
7-up...
I jumped out the window and got into my car
I drove to the 99, its not that far
I said hello to the cashier,
she said: what's up?
I said: your life you stupid bitch
if you don't give me my FUCKING
7-UP!
If I don't get It I think I'll throw up!
I wanrt my 7-UP!
I want my 7-up...
She said: go check the manager
so I checked the manager,
and he said: try a Coke
I said: I can't you fat fucker, I'm broke
and besides, what I really want
is my FUCKING 7-UP!
If I don't get it I think I'll throw up!
I want my 7-Up
7-up...
Rum... 7-up
vodka...7-up
whiskey..7-up
any fuck...7-up
7-up (repeat)
want my fucking 7-up!
