Story Behind the Song
Based on an idea, that 4 bars in 3/4 time (waltz)
could also be played as a 1 bar in 4/4 time
with the original beats as triplets (slow swing).
Each instrument alternates between both time
signatures independantly of the other
instruments, so the song sounds almost
psycotic - hence the title.
