	This is a very complex bassline that is accompanied by a low-end synth and a distorted guitar-like melody. I think it is very pretty and shows where I was musically when I decided to make "This is Absurd!"

	Story Behind the Song The song is built around a bassline which I have been toying with for a few months. The bassline is very hectic and busy because it is a 2-handed tapping part. This song is mainly inspired by bass legends Micheal Manring and Victor Wooten. The guitar-like melody is meant to reinforce the root-notes as well as give power to the song. The low-end synth is the anchor because the bassline is all over the place. After I figured out how I wanted the song arranged, it was recorded in about half an hour on my 4-track in two takes.
