	Story Behind the Song i wrote Double Agent after i realized that much of the time i was devoting in my life, was to things i didn't believe in. mainly i was living out my parents dreams rather than my own. if you look at this sort of thing on a broader scale, most people live this on a day to day basis. this being only the second song on caffeinated that i wrote, it held up as a sort of anthem for me as i plunged into my own dreams, making my cd and my record company a reality. Lyrics i have a hard time being loud and obnoxious when i知 around people that are familiar with the stupid me sometimes i can pretend that i am free but i feel like i知 betraying my double agent secret ninja identity appearances may be deceiving but what if that's all there is your telling me that i should be just like everybody else i知 telling you baby... most people don't even like themselves i try so hard sometimes to be so strong but what is strength but how much shit you let them pile on before you break into, a hundred million pieces you end up someone you don't know, but it's someone that belongs it's the music that gets me from day to day not your respect, your expectations, and surely not your praise it's true from time to time everyone wants to be somebody else but if i were you and you were me... baby i don't even think i壇 like myself you know i don't argue and i know that pisses you off when i知 interested in what it is you have to say i値l give it do process, i値l give it due thought so please, leave me alone when it comes to standards i値l just sit here and i値l just use my own where you go from here, well that's up to you or perhaps up to the people you have left your life to you should know me by now, i use my own mind i can't be converted, into one of your kind your telling me that i should just be like everybody else well i知 telling you baby... most people don't even like themselves
