	Story Behind the Song Song detailing the facets of life in rural appalachia. Growing up in WV is a very unique existence and the lyrics boast of that. Song was demoed on a 4-track in OJ's bedroom in Chapmanville, WV. This was one of the first completed songs in the catalogue of Byzantine. It is a staple of the live shows and the hometown crowds really dig it. Lyrics are very meaningful and hints on many different aspects of West Virginia. The name "Hatfield" comes from the Hatfield and McCoy fued which started in the 1880's and was centered around Logan Co, in which OJ and Cid was raised.
