Lyrics he was standing outside in the rain big drops drippin off an old gray hat he was thinkin everything was the same but it didn't much matter what he thought about that he was standin in the rain talkin to himself thinkin out loud like he didn't know what to do on Limestone Avenue she was waitin on him back home saying that man's crazy he's drunk again but she really was glad he was gone she could sit right down feel sane again she was sittin right down talkin to herself thinkin out loud like she didn't know what to do on Limestone Avenue no need to holler no need to scream no need to sleep all night just to have a dream we've already made it we're already gone in the early morning just a rollin on and on and on
