	Story Behind the Song I'm sure this song was influenced musically by all the Genesis songs I used to listen to in the late 70s, esp. with that telltale (to me anyway) major 7th with 5 in the bass carrying over to the 1 chord major 9. I wrote Limitations in 1994, off another guitar bit I'd been playing for a long time and wondering if I'd ever do anything with. I started playing around with the bird in the cage idea, and it turned out thusly. I hope you like the song. Lyrics LIMITATIONS 1.
