	I wrote this song while watching a Jimi Hendrix biography. The lyrics follow his life in a convoluted way.

	Story Behind the Song I was watching a biography on Jimi Hendrix when I heard an aunt of his quote him when he was a child: "When I get big, I'm going to go far away and I aint never going back". I thought that was the greatest line I ever heard so I wrote the song while watching the rest of the show. It was recorded with Johnny Dennis on drums and Marc Weller on bass who also added steel guitar. Tom Griffin played mandolin and I did the guitars and vocals.
