	Story Behind the Song I re-worked this song lyrically and set it to music for a very dear friend of mine, Mary Kay Wyzlic. Mary Kay Wyzlic wrote a poem called 'Tending Your Garden' which eventually became a workbook for women leaving abusive relationships. The message is that women affected by abusive relationships must learn to tend thei gardens - (an anaolgy of their personal lives). They must weed out the abusive partner, cultivate a new life and plant a new garden. You reap what you sow. As you listen, considerthat a victim is somewhat like a small child and must be encouraged to grow into a new life. This song is meant to inspire women to plant a new garden, nourish their children (the seeds that are sprouting) and to not look back. Lyrics Tending Your Garden Grow baby grow... Grow baby grow...
