	This is the third and final track off Spencer & Matt's Internet-Only EP. One of the first songs Spencer ever wrote, this is the only performance of "Held" during the entire Olson EP Tour.

	Story Behind the Song The song originally appears as the sixth track on Spencer's first release, "All That I Need" (FADE 2000/01) The same recording of "Held" then appeared on Spencer's 2001 release "Faded To Gray," which was, essentially, a re-release of eight "All That I Need" tracks plus two new songs. On that release it showed up under the title "Held In The Sun." But here it is, back with its original title in great form. Enjoy!
