Lyrics
The world revolves around money and the prize / My world revolves around the color of your eyes / I'm way off the mark from what people tell me is cool / I've got things in my head that I didn't pick up at school / No one really cares anyway... / I know that all the things that haunt me all the way into my sleep is just the bullshit that people do / and I know that all I need is a perfect sidewalk to figure out of the bullshit's true / Im giving up on it / I take walks at night with a beer in my hand wondering when you're gonna break my heart / and I ain't gonna argue with the world about what I think is art / I ain't tellin' people that the world is full of good / 'cuz I know if people could put rainbows in zoos, they would / I'm turning over a new leaf and writing a new song, a new song to forget about the past / I'm feeling so full of energy and hope, I hope it'll last
