	Story Behind the Song i failed a test and wrote this song. it sat on the back burner for a while and i wanted to make this track all radiohead-like and artrockish. but the track sounded TERRIBLE!!! so i recorded it with just guitar/vocals and then i gradually began throwing in keyboard effects. that is, all keyboard effects that i really wanted to use in other songs that didnt fit in. notice that there are couple different tracks with only lasers on it. lasers=gooder! also, notice that a new effect comes in every 4 measures. Lyrics i guess my best wasnt good enough i make a play for the golden gates i trip get lost along the way whats the point of trying when youre destined to fail tripping and falling over thin air i guess my best wasnt good enough i guess this means that I should concede a word aligned with failure but rhymes with succeed tell my God whats the big idea messing with me like this
