	Story Behind the Song I've been working on this song for an ungodly amount of time. About a week ago I figured I should finish it before I die of old age and now it's finally here. The lyrics of Auditory Overload are about our craving for intense volume and how damaging sound can be. Lyrics Distorted, grinding, clash of chaos inside your head, now you wish you were dead Reverb, delay, phase hits you in your face, cracking your skull, pulsing waves put you in your place Auditory overload, pushing on your frontal lobes, high pitched scream, damaging sound, losing balance now you fall down, Masochistic operations, Raising the volume until you blow up the nation, thrash, smash, put your ears in danger, shatter glass, do what it takes to get that auditory overload Torn apart your ears will bleed, Sprawling to the floor diseesed, Living through the pain you never predicted, Blasting away everything that you say. Sound consumes us everyday, But never did you feel this pain, Volume increase scratches your brain, Piercing your skull until your senses are null.
