	Story Behind the Song As a child, my mother would sing me lullabies whenever I was sad or worried about something. She wrote a lullaby for each of us children. These songs calmed me and brought great solace and persective. When I went away to school, I no longer had her soothing lullabies to comfort me when things were hard and I felt alone. On a particularly trying day I sat down and began to play my guitar and sing to myself in an effort to ease some worries on my mind. This song is what came, bringing me an overwhelming sense of peace and assurance- a reality that I wasn't left to deal with my problems alone. I had someone much wiser and stronger to help me.
