	Story Behind the Song This song was pretty much written after Ian (guitar/vocals) saw Bowling for Columbine. The lyrics describe the life of an ordinary guy in the states, and, trust us, the title is decieving. Lyrics Another certain tragedy, Broken by society. I never understood how much is left to say. Maybe he was just lonely, Broken home and family. Now I understand why were the ones to blame. BRIDGE: When he tried to run and hide, But no one else confied. He though his life's not worth the while. When he tried to laugh and smile. But not one else complied. Living his life in denial. CHORUS: Well remind me of a time, Where everything was just alright. And take me to a place, Where everything is peace and safe again. Maybe because of where he lived, United States where kids kill kids. Turn on the TV, A killing spree right down th street. And when his dad came home blind drunk, With three handguns in the trunk. That's when he began, To feel a break in security.
