	Story Behind the Song I finally wrote a letter to an old friend explaining why I acted the way I did with her... getting guilty feelings off my back... it felt good so I wrote a song about the experience. Lyrics I said here we go. But instead I wrote it slow. Oh it's not easy... but she's not so bad. I fight to fill the blanks when I'm surrounded by the truth. And I know I'm late... but I can finally free you now. It feels so good to write myself clean, it's a long time coming and getting over me.
