	Story Behind the Song I sat down with my old beat up acustic and the words just came out. I wish all my songs came that easy. I wrote the song in San Francisco in my apartment. It was recorded in San Diego at Pinapple Recorders in one take. Lyrics It's been a long day and here I am thinking back in time again there is more than one way to feel ya In the first place I can't stay used to be I could hardly wait what I'd give just to see ya Aint that right now it's a cool place I have landed didn't mean to be so candid you'll never know what you'll see here It's a far cry from the promise take me back to where it started I can't believe where I've been Aint that right shuffling through the this and that isn't always where it's at strolling by the now and then wishing you'd come back again nothing is more precious It was a long walk from the drive in but you didn't seem to mind it that was the moment I new ya and on that warm day way back when I made up all my future plans bet you never guessed I was serious Aint that right It's been a long day and here I am thinking back in time again there is more than one way to feel ya and like the song says from that 80's band this aint no never never land but we can still pretend Aint that right
