	Story Behind the Song Tony Ripparetti (freeway studios) needed a song to fill a slot in the Steven Segal movie, Ticker. The scene had already been taped with Chile (TLC) dancing to a track by Nas (re-moved from movie). We had to sample the cut to get the BPM, and then created Yesterday in 3 hours (lyrics and vocal included) to turn in the song in two days (Deadline).
