Searching for that special someone to complete your life is a difficult journey. This song represents my quest to find my soul mate.
    CD: Anticipation
Credits: My friends, my ex-girlfriends, and to each and every person who is searching for thier own diamond.

    Story Behind the Song
Dating in the can be difficult and each time you meet a new person, you go through the same routine. This song was inspired dating over the past three years. It took many bad relationships over the years, but the song was build over about 2 months from some riffs I composed over 10 years ago.

    Lyrics
Sorrow of Mystery - November 1999

    Verse 1

    Strangers pass and loneliness flows,
Each day my love for her grows,
She is someone I’ve never seen,
I live this Sorrow of Mystery,

    Another first time, and introductions,
    Conversation turns to reflection,
Is she for me and could she be?
    These questions create this mystery,

    Chorus

    Strangers searching for each other
    We make the silent screams
    Love isn’t what it seems
    Living the Sorrow of Mystery

    Verse 2

We share our lives and personal hopes,
Exchanging stories of our personal growth,
Again reflecting if there’s a connection,
    Innuendoes and to the perceptions

A failure of success and lovers lost,
The price of searching but at what cost,
We must all wait and see what fate brings
    These games build the mystery

    Repeat Chorus

    Break
Ralph Waldo Emerson - From the Essay, Self Reliance

I shall endeavor to nourish my parents, to support my family, to be the chaste husband of one wife, -- but these relations I must fill after a new and unprecedented way. I appeal from your customs. I must be myself. I cannot break myself any longer for you, or you. If you can love me for what I am, we shall be the happier. If you cannot, I will still seek to deserve that you should.

    Chorus

    Strangers searching for each other
    We make the silent screams
    Love isn’t what it seems
    Living the Sorrow of Mystery
