	Story Behind the Song This is another example of telling myself to do something. It's partly "listen to your own advice" and partly a cry for help. The first version of this song had cheesier lyrics and really un-hip drum programming. I think it's much better with the acoustic guitars. Lyrics i admit there may be a degree of uncertainty maybe we will never really know on occasion i regress it causes a lot of stress maybe there's no other way to go be a little smarter try a little harder some things are easier said than done i will hold out longer i feel so much stronger even though i feel like giving up again if there is another way i hope that it's here to stay i hope that this all becomes a blur i don't mind yoru questioning i don't mind your pestering i don't mind having to eat my words be a little smarter try a little harder some things are easier said than done try a little longer be a little stronger even when you feel like giving up again sometimes i join the line to discuss privately you are there, always there... there is something telling me i will be fine... probably when it happens, will you let me know? even with some sound advice there will always be a price hopefully i'll have something to show be a little smarter try a little harder some things are easier said than done try a little longer be a little stronger there is nothing harder than trying to be smarter some things are easier said than done try a little longer i feel so much stronger even when you feel like giving up again
