	Story Behind the Song This is about people doing wrong things and the hope that they'll change. Lyrics What is this that I see as I open my eyes? Everything I thought was real is now a lie. My heart fooled me into thinking all was well, meanwhile the world around me's goin straight to hell. Do you see what I see? What is this that I hear as I open my ears? The sounds of earthly pain and immoralties, babies cry and cry as mothers go get high, what will it take for the world to make a change? Or is it just too late? And I can't take it anymore, everyone is for themselves, when will people change? What is this that I feel as evil brushes by? Leaving the good people scarred and wondering why. The wicked will have their day and so it has been said, good and evil seperated when we're dead. Then truth will be forthwith. The righteous will live on. And I can't take it anymore, everyone is for themselves, when will people change??
