    Story Behind the Song
This song was written as a lament to fragile state of the world and modern humankinds inability to pause and reflect on the direction we area heading, for better or for worse. Recorded in one afternoon in Melbourne Australia at jester music studios in just a few takes, the track is gently rolling acoustic piano and guitar with a soulful mellow vocal. It strongly reflects the artists influences, including such greats as Neil Young.

    Lyrics
I wander through the streets sometimes
Checking out the mirrors and the rhymes
Safe enough in what I know
    There's magic in symmetrical lines
    Its all quite beautiful
Til you see the view from the hill
Taking in the valleys and the dives
You can see their eyes in the stills

So roll your head around sometimes
Just to feel the temper of the times
    Roll your head around sometimes
Shake it good to keep it alive

I can see the field from here
Filling good with a million fresh kills
Coming to the end of the line
Are the wonderful in careless decline
    Its all quite natural
Say the fools and the rationalists
    Like a cargo sacrifice
    Cos only the strong survive

So roll your head around sometimes
Just to see our evolutionary crimes
    Roll your head around saometimes
Shake it good to keep us alive

I walk in the rain sometimes
    Just to feel reality bite
    I don't believe the sun won't shine
    Even through electrical skies
So move to the left a while
Just to begin to find the right line
But still don't lose your own mind
Its not an easy mountain to climb.
