    Story Behind the Song
I wrote this in 1992 or 3. I needed a bluesy song for my first cd project.

    Lyrics
    ANOTHER EMAJOR BLUES

Tell me what you feel, why don't you tell me what you're feeling
I'd like to read your mind, I'm just tryin' to get through
We parted our ways now but I got somethin' to say now to you

    2. Now your day has come you wrote and told me today your day has come
You found someone to love now you're permanently movin' in
I'm cryin' the blues here but maybe there's a few tears of joy mixed in

    3. Celebrate your love, I think you should celebrate your love
think about its mystery and its power to hurt or heal
Then get down on your knees and thank heaven for the way you feel

    4. Then I'll get down on mine yes I'll get down on mine
And I'll thank the powers that be for all that is
And I'll think about love and think about love's promises

    5. Beginnings come and go don't you know beginnings come and go
Well love dies and gets born again somewhere, the story never ends
When you're lookin' for love don't forget to remember your friends

    6. Singin' out to you I'll be singing out to you
Well I wonder sometimes if I'll always have your ear
Well I'll be the tree that falls prayin' that you can hear

    c) Paul Meredith, 1995
