	This was one of the first songs Chaos Lords recorded, back in 1993 at Sun Sound Studios.

	Story Behind the Song These lyrics were written by Erik, in his senior year in High School. Inspired by taking poetry class, the 1992 movie, "Dracula", and the melancholy albino character, "Elric", from Michael Moorcock's Stormbringer (Elric Saga)... The catchy unique guitar riffs and wicked leads were written by Curt Larsen. The drums were recorded first, with no click track, the band jamming along live. All of the other parts were recorded in just 2 or 3 takes. Chaos Lords wrote and practiced, "Unvictorious", in the garage at Lynn's mom & dad's farm in St. Cloud, MN. (Also the site of 1993's outdoor concert, "Field of Screams"!) Lyrics like as the armored knight appointed to the field with this world will i fight and hate will be my shield you cannot penetrate this well-oiled death machine you cannot get inside my life belongs to me now darkness falls upon the blood red sky with the dying screams of victims brutalized the end result of all this violent sin was not a victory but complete defeat within THUS FAR I HAVE ENJOYED MY MURDEROUS CRUSADE THEIR BLOOD AND SOULS DESTROYED TO QUENCH MY THIRSTING BLADE no mercy have i shown and none shall i receive impaled i die alone for i have been deceived...
