	Story Behind the Song Dan was in his car, listening to Def Leppard's "Two Steps Behind". The lyrics were very sweet, and were about a guy who was promising that wherever you were, he'd be two steps behind. How romantic. But what if he was a psycho killer? That's not so sweet. But it's a different kind of promise when he says that wherever you go, he'll be there. Creepy. So Dan wrote the first verse and chorus. Matt came in with the second. The first attempt at recording this song were when Dan was with college friends Steve Pierce (now with San Francisco's JP Orbit), Ward Williams (now with Dallas' Sparrow), Eric Marjoram and Mike McWhorter. That recording was never finished. This is the second effort that Matt and Dan put together, and while we don't want to oversell this, it is now perfect in every way.
