A 4-minute excerpt of a 17-minute collage of several songs featured on the upcoming CD-'The Howling Necessity'. Originally performed and recorded live, this version came about by combining the tracks of 2 ADATs, then editing it. The instrumentation features 2 electric guitars, synthesizer and 2 drum machines linked up via midi and manipulated during the performance. |

Story Behind the Song
This song stems from several songs based on tumultous emotions that presented themselves through me at the end of a long term relationship. The nine songs themselves represent varying degrees of emotion and accessment. But this collage is the only piece that summerizes and conveys the turmoil felt in what seemed to be an instance. It also represents the ancestral voices and knowledge that continued to guide me even though I ignored them at times - hence the title 'Tribalistic Jingle Shouting'. The idea to put these improvised self retrospectives into one came about by accident, while listening to the tracks in a studio...
