	Kind of a darker rock song. This song was written during a random jam session during a practice. Ah the joy of drop-d tuning. My (Scott's) personal favorite as of now.

	Story Behind the Song The music just kind of flowed during practice. The lyrics took a little bit longer. I kind of wrote it based on a few people I know who were always trying to give me a hand, but in the end could never really help themselves. Lyrics Pick up yourself when you're falling apart and you think it's coming to an end. You fell down 'cause you thought you broke when all you did was bend. And I can't see how you believe that all you do is right. You bark so loud, but in the end your so afraid to fight. You can't you can't you can't even save yourself. How can how can how can you save me. You can't you can't you can't even help yourself. How can how can how can you help me... and so on and so on.
