	Story Behind the Song This song was written in '94 during the 'peak' of the worst period of my life - that peak being when I got my Korg Wavestation with some of the lump sum Social Security paid me for waiting six months on my disability check. That worst part was when I was living in a homeless shelter and learning to contend with the news that I was surely going to die from Hepatitis-C in a matter of 8 years or so. (I didn't.) I was still living at the "Winston-Salem Rescue Mission" at the time of writing this and several other of these compositions.
