	Story Behind the Song "Do I Want To Know" was written to show how a person unsure of their Christian beliefs feels. The first verse depicts a person who doesn't know if he wants to know the love of God. He questions if this is the only way he can be happy. In the second verse the person realizes that God is the only way. He knows that there might me a struggle with worldly things and nothing will be the same but he still feels that he needs God in his life.
