Story Behind the Song
Fleeting. I hate that word! It's so cold, and empty. Whenever I hear that word, I begin to cringe. It represents to me a person who can't face the reality of a situation, or oddly enough, a person who can't dream. So, they run, and keep their secrets to themselves-maybe wondering, or never knowing how in fact by keeping all of those secrets good/bad locked up they're hurting themselves much more than anyone else in life.
