	Story Behind the Song My emotions were on a roller coaster, and I literally was laughing was minute and crying the next. I was constantly finding things to worry about and it was wearing me down. A lot of the worrying was due to living in Nashville and just the ins and outs of trying to make it in the music business, and on top of it, trying to make a relationship work and putting a lot of pressure on my boyfriend. But we can't find our happiness in anyone but ourselves, and it's a whole lot easier when you take notice and give thanks for what you do have, rather than freak out about what you don't. Everything will come at the time it should!
