Jamming over changes very similar to "Bluesette", alternating keys--G and B-flat. Has its moments. Brand new version/performance 07/05/03 | MP3.com CD: Jazz Guitar Vol 2 - buy it!

Story Behind the Song
Sometime last year I had a duo gig with a terrific player-Bass Trumpet-from Chicago. Ryan Schultz. On that gig we played 'Bluesette' in alternating keys-G and B-flat. In an ensemble setting this isn't too tough, but in a duo setting where you're the chord guy it's very tough. Or at least it was on that gig.
So here I wanted to give it another shot. And like I said, in an ensemble setting(real or 'virtual' like I have here with the tracks)it's fairly simple. And fun.
