Story Behind the Song
Trying to convey a weird feeling about being on the edge of things. Found a couple chords and wham, the song just happened. The recording was straightforward with most parts needing only a couple takes. Mixdown was a breeze.
Lyrics
CROSSING THE LINE
Drifting through a world of dreams
Things aren't always what they seem
Stop the world I want to scream
I'm crossing the line
Staring into empty space
Pulled into a distant place
I don't recognize your face
I'm crossing the line
Crossing the line, doing my time
drawing my mind to rebirth
Crossing the line, I know will design
The path of my time on the earth
Universes far away
parallel in every way
changing sides every day
I'm crossing the line
