Writer Willie Nelson in his Autobiography, Willie: "Some of my best writing, I think, is done when I'm driving down the highway by myself. My mind is clear and open and receptive… A song will start. The good ones come quickly, and in a few minutes it's over." |

Story Behind the Song
One funny thing is that before Patsy recorded these hits, she generally didn't like the songs at all... She said they were "too much pop"... But fortunately the producer, Owen Bradley, and others, managed to convince Patsy to record these songs... "Just sing them your way", they said, and of course, now we know that Patsy was many years before her time in her recordings... [ Per Jonsson of http://patsy.nu ]
Lyrics
Crazy, I'm crazy for feeling so lonely
I'm crazy, crazy for feeling so blue
I knew you'd love me as long as you wanted
And then someday you'd leave me for somebody new
Worry, why do I let myself worry?
Wond'ring what in the world did I do?
Crazy for thinking that my love could hold you
I'm crazy for trying and crazy for crying
And I'm crazy for loving you
Crazy for thinking that my love could hold you
I'm crazy for trying and crazy for crying
And I'm crazy for loving you.
