	Story Behind the Song The first Witchblade release. Recorded for a small promotional cassette run and compilation called "Hymns of the Apocalypse." Because of proctastination, deadlines, and a disaster, the first set of lyrics were used. This song has black metal styled vocals, but power/thrash metal style vocals were intended. Lyrics The inevitable ebbing wholesome with the teeth raw with taste. Sword and shield clashing forever, the resonance weathers and defaces. Eleven o'clock the blade, churning down the archetype. Cleanse the sanctified out by engaging those who are unripe.
