	Story Behind the Song We met and I was taken, caught by his charm and beauty and youth. It was not until meeting the next year at the same time and place that he approached me with surprising interest. Things progressed like wildfire for a few weeks. The lyrics tell the story of what I felt at the time I first saw him and what pursued in the following days one year later. We had a fantastic romantic few weeks. Each moment together was so intense I wondered if it was real and what tomorrow might bring? Inspired I wrote these words and music. This song was written and shared with him. Only too soon it all became a memorable fantasy. I would write at night as I lay in my bed dreaming of what might be next. It was coming to me like lightning and I wrote and edited little. Recording in my own studio was another gratifying experience that was not long in the making. Thankful am I for this ability to share it with you. Lyrics I remember last year when I first saw your face, now I can't believe that we are so near. After all I have said don't know what is ahead, you are still here, still here. Like a gift from above unsuspecting you came to brighten up my day. There are so many words that I wanna say, I wanna be back in your arms to stay, just stay by my side together we'll hide from all of the pain and the grief outside. Don't be afraid... I see all the wonders that we can explore, I hope that you'll go with me open the door. And now evr'y mornin when I do awake I dream of adventures that we can partake, don't be afraid, I am here.
